Yeti Sports goes surfing, and the whole game is keeping the yeti on a wave that is already breaking. Steer to stay high, launch off the lip for a jump, and pull a turn for style -- the game scores all three, best jump and best turn beside the penguins you collect. Penguins bob in the water below and each one you scoop up is worth points, which is what makes the greedy line the wrong one: the wave keeps building under you as you ride it, and the run ends when it finally breaks over the top.

Big Wave is the sixth entry in Chris Hilgert's series, from 2004, and the one that asks for the most nerve -- the sea does not get easier, and the score is in the show you put on rather than the ground you cover.
