Madness Combat Defense

Madness Combat Defense is a tower defense game built on the Madness Combat universe, and its publisher's own description is one line: "Build up your defenses to fight off the Madness men!" You are given a field, a road the Madness men walk down, and a starting stack of cash. Towers go up on the grass beside the road -- the movie's own internals name eight of them (BasicTower1 through BasicTower8) -- and each one can be upgraded on three axes rather than one: UpgradeCost, UpgradeRange and UpgradeDamage are kept separately, so a tower is a placement decision and then a spending decision. The tutorial text the game carries states the economy exactly: a tower "gives extra money for enemies killed in range" and "sells back for full value", which makes the map a negotiation between where the road bends and where the next wave lands. The waves are CritterWave objects driven by currentWave, getWave and nextWave, and they do not end politely -- the movie's own screens include an Endless Madness mode beside the ordinary run, and its GameOverDisplay posts to CrazyMonkeyGames' own scoreboard (scores.crazymonkeygames.com, two boards rather than one). The archive aggregated 64 Miniclip games and 57 Armor Games ones; this one is from CrazyMonkeyGames, the publisher that sponsored it, and its movie had been sitting unreferenced in that same portal's own collection in our upload tree all along -- filed under `crazymonkey/` since the tree was assembled, and named by no node.
